what you need to know.
• we brew great coffee, blend healthy, fresh fruit smoothies and assemble tasty tartines. the oatmeal's not bad either.
• our wheatgrass is better than yours. it just is.
• caprese, Italian three meat, turkey and roast beef are the sandwiches.
• acai accelerator, berry buzz, green flash, jet fuel, strawberry split and tropical tango are the smoothies.
• the menu is more of a guide than strict law, creativity is encouraged.• when in doubt order the 16oz and put some agave in it.
• if you're truly stumped, order the "mike" it's delicious.
• no, we don't make the quinoa or thai noodle salads but she does.
• you can call an order in, 619-435-0443.
• we have free wi-fi.
• we can cater an event.
• if we smile at you, it's OK to smile back (means we like you).
• you can indeed have it your way so enjoy, just don't forget your manners.
